G C Contractors Stacks Up With Katz Media Group, Inc.

G C Contractors, Inc. has teamed up with Design Republic and has just completed a five floor, 200,000 square foot restack for the United States leading media representation firm. This multi-million dollar project was completed with the task of 100% occupancy.

Expedia Travels Downtown

Internet travel firm Expedia, has chosen G C Contractors, Inc. to work hand in hand with Interior Architects, to expand their current offices at 584 Broadway. The Expansion involves new offices, HVAC Systems, furniture systems and new finishes.

Experian - Twice as Nice

G C Contractors, Inc. was awarded a double whammy from Experian (a global leader in providing services to help organizations make their businesses more profitable) at 29 Broadway and 300 Park Avenue South in New York City. Both projects were expansion and refreshment projects with renewed leases.

Katz Media Repeat with G C Contractors, Inc.

Katz Media has negotiated an additional 25,000 square feet at 125 West 55th Street, along with renewing office space on additional floors. G C Contractors, Inc. has once again been selected to perform the construction on floors 3, 4, 7, 8 and 11 for a combined 68,000 square feet. The project is underway and is expected to last through late 2012.

C.W. Post/Long Island University

G C Contractors goes to college this summer. G C Contractors has been awarded the Servery Facility at the C.W. Post Campus of Long Island University. The project entails upgrading the entire cafeteria and food service area. It will be completed by summer's end.

Briarcliffe College

After being recommended by Interior Architects, G C Contractors has been awarded Briarcliffe College's Dental Hygiene Lab Renovation project. The new facility, which consists of high end state of the art equipment. Construction, is underway and will be ready for the upcoming fall semester.
